This workshop addresses the multiple barriers to achieving optimal sleep. Participants will learn the benefits of quality sleep and develop personal goals to increasing optimal sleep. The workshop will consist of engaging discussions, reflections, worksheets, and will lead into the Restorative Yoga class from 5:10-6 PM.
